My Story
Let me tell you a bit about myself, and what makes me so good at what I do.
When asked, what advice would I give to my early career professional, I’d say,
You are not born here to end up as Nobody.
You are born with superpower within…
You are here to be the change…
To inspire others to be the change too…
My Beginnings
It was 1980. Severe drought in Maharashtra.
No rain, No water, No crops, No food…
My grandfather sold the farms.
My father, only one having 10th education in the family, moved to the nearest city,
Jalgaon, to earn and support the Chaudhari clan.
I born in 10 * 10 feet rented room and lived there for 15 years.
Growing Up
I grew in the lap of an extremely humble life. Hand to mouth existence.
In school, I was shy, hiding behind shadows and the fear of not having enough to share.
I witnessed the killing of dreams and settling with small things.
When there was an opportunity to play big, I stepped back and played small.
This is how mediocrity creeped in my life.
It’s okay to be an average person, but it’s not okay to be an
average human being.
Despite financial struggles, my parents stood firm on one thing – education.
My dad, a draughtman, drew our dreams, toiled day and night.
My mom, a homemaker with an entrepreneurial spirit, side hustled art tuition.
I absorbed the values – hard work, professionalism, and entrepreneurship.
A silent war brewed within me – break free from the dead weight of mediocrity.
My vision was clear : Become a Civil Engineer, Go Abroad, Make More Money.
But, financial challenges halted my education after the 12th grade.
A detour – ITI course to become an electrician on poles.
Fate intervened. Dad, the unsung hero, sought a loan Rs. 50,000/- from my aunt.
And I emerged as a civil engineer.
This was 2003.
My Professional Journey
From a young age, I set the norm of breaking free from being average.
I embraced professionalism consciously to be the best version of myself.
